Northampton County Parks & Recreation is offering a free pre-K Pathfinders program April 5 for kids 2 to 5 years of age and their grown-ups.
Those planning to attend are reminded to dress for the weather as they experience live amphibians and a pond sensory bin and create a rain stick craft. Teams will experience the wonders of nature through outdoor exploration, art, play and stories.
The program is offered free of charge 10-11 a.m. at Wayne Grube Park, pavilion 1, 1200 Willowbrook Road.

Lappawinzo Fish & Game, 25 Lappawinzo Road, will hold a fishermen’s night April 7. The event begins 7 p.m.
Refreshments are included in the ticket price.
Tickets will be sold at the door.

Governor Wolf Historical Society, 6600 Jacksonville Road, will hold a tavern night April 13 on the society’s campus.
Pawnshop Bound, featuring Rick Young, will perform.
There will be tastings by Sleepy Cat Winery.
The tavern night is BYOB, with free light snacks and soft drinks, great bands, dancing, and spirit and wine tastings.
Hours are 7-10 p.m. Doors open 6:30 p.m. for tables.
A $10 donation is requested, and attendees must be 21.
