The next meeting of Indianland Garden Club will be 7 p.m. June 13 at Hope Lutheran Church, 4131 Lehigh Drive, Cherryville. Club member Bebe Sheard will be talking about herbs and their uses.

Hope Lutheran Church will host its annual HopeFest 5-10 p.m. June 16 and 17. HopeFest, a free event open to the community, features live music nightly, nearly nonstop bingo, a Chinese auction, jewelry sale, plenty of homemade food, including halupkies, and a cake raffle.

Musical entertainment on Friday, 6-9:30 p.m., will be The Rehrig Bros.; from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, the entertainment will be The Large Flowerheads.

There will be fun and festivities for all!
