Sign-ups for East Allen Township Recreation Department’s spring sports programs are now open to nonresidents.

T-ball and baseball are available to boys ages 5 to 14. Children must turn 14 after May 1. All baseball teams will participate in the NAA House League and Parkland Youth League.

The soccer program is available to boys and girls ages 5 to 16. To play U16 soccer, the child must have been born between Aug. 1, 2000, and July 31, 2001. All soccer teams will participate in the Northern Valley Youth Soccer League.

Open registration for non-East Allen Township residents will be held 6-7:30 p.m. Jan. 26 and 9:30-11 a.m. Jan. 28.

Registration for residents can be taken care of 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. weekdays at the municipal office.

Allen Township Youth Association is holding sign-ups for spring baseball.

Sign-ups for those aged 4 to 18 are planned for Feb. 4, 18 and 25 at Howertown Park Field House.
