East Allen Township Recreation Department will soon begin sign-ups for its 2017 spring sports programs.
T-ball and baseball are available to boys ages 5 to 14. Children must turn 14 after May 1, 2017. All baseball teams will participate in the NAA House League and Parkland Youth League.
The soccer program is available to boys and girls ages 5 to 16. To play U16 soccer, the child must have been born between Aug. 1, 2000, and July 31, 2001. All soccer teams will participate in the Northern Valley Youth Soccer League.
East Allen Township residents may sign up 9:30-11 a.m. Jan. 14, 2017, or 6-7:30 p.m. Jan. 17 and 19, 2017, at the municipal building, 5344 Nor-Bath Blvd.
Open registration will be held 6-7:30 p.m. Jan. 24 and 26, 2017, and 9:30-11 a.m. Jan. 28, 2017.
Registration also can be taken care of 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. weekdays at the municipal office.
