East Allen Township Volunteer Fire Department will hold a variety bingo fundraiser Nov. 13 at the station, 5354 Nor-Bath Blvd.

Doors open 11:30 a.m. for refreshments. Games start 1 p.m.

Prizes include items from Coach, Longaberger, Michael Kors, Scentsy, Kate Spade, Tupperware, Vera Bradley, Vera Wang and Charming Charlie.

Zion Stone United Church of Christ, 51 Church Road, Kreidersville, will hold a chicken and waffle dinner 4-7 p.m. Sept. 24.

The menu includes a homemade waffle, chicken, gravy, salad, dessert and drinks.

East Allen Township’s Parks and Recreation Department is planning a bus trip to a Christmas show in Lancaster.

“Winter Wonderland” will be performed at American Music Theater 10:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Dec. 3.

The bus will leave Catasauqua High School 8 a.m. and will stop for lunch 1:30-3:30 p.m. at Shady Maples Smorgasbord.

It will return to the high school 5:30 p.m.
