Bath: 3-day church picnic planned

Sacred Heart Church, Northampton Street, will be having its annual picnic July 8, 9 and 10.

On Friday, the event will be held 5-11 p.m. with the band Still Kick’N 6:30-10:30 p.m.; Saturday, 5-11 p.m. with the band Desire 6:30-10:30 p.m.; and Sunday, 3-9 p.m. with the band Crazy Heart 5-9 p.m.

There will be a lot of delicious foods, homemade pierogies, clams, fun games and inflatables for the children and more.

Salem United Church of Christ, 2218 Community Drive, will be having its blueberry festival 3-9 p.m. July 9 in the grove. You can sit at the picnic tables or bring a lawn chair.

There will be good food, games, prize raffles, a cake walk, bingo and a kiddie cake walk 3:30 p.m. for children 12 and under.

Music is by Steel Creek Country Band.

In case of bad weather, the event will take place inside the church 3-7 p.m.

The 11th annual Bikers Remembering Bikers will take place July 16 at Bath Social Hall, 135 S. Walnut St. The ride is in honor of fellow bikers and to help make a child’s dream come true. All proceeds benefit Dream Come True Foundation.

Registration is from 11 a.m. to noon, and riders leave 12:30 p.m.

For ticket information, call 484-357-0003. The ticket price includes food, beverages and music.

The door prize is a three-night stay at Fountain Motel, Wildwood, N.J., for Roar to the Shore Sept. 8, 9 and 10.
