Moore Township: Family pottery night planned for June 30

Covenant United Methodist Church, 2715 Mountain View Drive, Bath, is having a family pottery night 7 p.m. June 30. Phill Hunsberger, a local potter and church member, will be demonstrating, and participants will have an opportunity to try their hand at making pottery.

Emmanuel’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, Bath, is having a special outdoor worship service 9:30 p.m. July 3. Patriotic songs by local musicians will be performed.

Moorestown Garden Club will have its next meeting 7 p.m. July 5 at Salem United Church of Christ, 2218 Community Drive, Bath.

Salem UCC is having a blueberry festival 3-9 p.m. July 9. Highlights include live music, games, food and more.

Salem UCC also is hosting a chicken barbecue dinner 3-6 p.m. July 23.

Point Phillips Rod and Gun Club is having an all-you-can-eat breakfast 8-11:30 a.m. July 10. There is a cost.

Also on July 10, there will be a 3-D archery shoot until noon. Registration begins 7 a.m.

Moore Township Police Association will be holding its annual golf tournament and dinner July 16 at Whitetail Golf Course in Bath. It is a four-person scramble format with a 1 p.m. shotgun start.
