South Whitehall Planners, 7 p.m. agenda review; 7:30 p.m. to review: 1) Hotel Hamilton preliminary plan for 3051, 3125, 3127 and 3141 Hamilton Blvd. for alterations to 3141 building, 206 parking spaces and three commercial buildings. 2) Cedar Point West sketch plan for 410 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. to raze Wendy's and Friendly's restaurants and Office Depot and to construct convenience store with gas pumps, fast food restaurant, four-story extended stay hotel and 403 parking spaces. 3) Kokolus Farms preliminary final plan for 5611 East Lane in S. Whitehall and Upper Macungie townships to subdivide 49.676-acre property. 4) 670 S.
