Voters from South Whitehall, North Whitehall and Upper Macungie townships, along with voters in Ward 17, 4th District; and Ward 18, 2nd district Allentown, cast their votes May 19 to decide who will occupy the five open seats on the Parkland School Board.

There are nine members on the school board serving four-year terms.

According to unofficial results from the Lehigh County Voter Registration Office, on the Democrat ticket, Lisa A. Adams received 1,090 votes; Bob Bold garnered 796 votes, Carole Facchiano received 1,039 votes; David Kennedy received 919 votes and Rochell Figueroa brought in 681 votes. Their names will appear on the Democrat ticket in the Nov. 3 Municipal Election.

On the Republican side of the ticket, Carole Facchiano received an unofficial 1,410 votes; David Kennedy earned an unofficial 1,583 votes; Lisa A. Adams received an unofficial 1,477 votes; Bob Bold garnered 1,176 votes and Jef Reyburn brought in 1,165 votes.

Their names will be on the Republican side of the ticket in November.
