Falcons top PA, lose close match to MA

Salisbury split its first two tennis matches this season.

The Falcons beat Pen Argyl but lost to the Colonial League's most dominant team in recent years, Moravian Academy, 3-2.

John Yurconic and Mason Groff won singles matches 6-0, 6-0, while the doubles teams of Eric Young and Aaron King along with Brendan Reichenbach and Jack Bonge scored also won their matches.

Mason Groff picked up a 5-7, 6-4, 6-3 win at No. 2 singles, while Brendan Reichenbach and Jack Bonge got the team's other point in the No. 2 doubles match, winning 6-4, 6-4.
