Week six was full of competition and smiles.

Camp Olympics was the main theme of the week. Each counselor got to draft his or her own team.

The games we played consisted of dodge ball, jump the river, minute to win it activities and water games.

Tuesday we went to the Lehigh Valley IronPigs game with Camp Jefferson. The kids cheered their hearts out every time the Pigs scored. It was a fun day overall. The kids had a blast.

We continued with Camp Olympics the rest of the week. In the morning, all of our baseball players organized their own baseball game and the rest of the campers joined in.

We made two different crafts in week six. The first one we made was paper medals. The medals were decorated in all different colors by the kids and they were able to take them home the next day. The second craft we made was key chains made of shoes. The campers used fabric markers to decorate the shoe any way they wanted to. Most of them attached the key chains to their backpacks.

Our girl camper of the week was Melissa M. The boy camper of the week was Nathaniel B. The campers will receive Camper of the Week honors due to stellar behavior and kindness.

Week six was full of fun competition. The ending results were very close but the most important result was kids having fun.
