From left, Tyler Vandergrift, Vincent Preis, Jessica Watson, Connor McCloud and Anissa Contento, all of Whitehall, volunteer their time at the St. Johns UCC Mickleys Church indoor yard and bake sale May 10. McCloud, a local longtime Boy Scout, decided to organize the yard and bake sale for his Eagle Scout project. Items at the yard sale were donated by church members and all benefits from the sale will go towards new paint for the youth group room at the church. Anything not sold at the yard sale will be donated to American Family Services.
