Thank you to everyone who supported the Keystone-Miller blood drive this past Monday at Faith Lutheran Church, Whitehall.

Thirteen units of blood were collected, even with a handful of deferrals.

The next blood drive date is Monday, July 14.

Masons (and family members) of Porter Lodge 284 visited Faith Lutheran for worship at the 10:30 a.m. service May 18. Their worshipful Master is Dan Herzog, a member of Faith, who explained some of the Masonic items to the congregation.

Take time to remember, this coming weekend, those who gave their lives for our freedom.

A Memorial Observance will be held Sunday, May 25, beginning at 9:30 a.m., at the building located on the east end of the St. John's Union Cemetery on Eberhart Road.

In case of inclement weather, the service will be held inside St. John's United Church of Christ. Participants in this service are from St. John's UCC, Faith Lutheran and the Hokendauqua American Legion Post 739.
