Mark your calendar for summertime events sponsored by the betterment committee. The small Town USA Carnival will take place at North Catasauqua Park on June 11-14.

The eighth annual small Town USA Golf Tournament will be held June 22 at Willowbrook Golf Course.

On Oct. 12, The Best of North Catasauqua Autumnfest & Car Show will be held. Craft and flea market vendor spaces and car show registrations are available.

Volunteers are needed for the carnival and Autumnfest. Various positions are available at each event.

Volunteers, high-school age or higher preferred, may work as little as an hour. If you need volunteer hours for work or school, this is a great opportunity. It is also perfect for those who wish to get out of the house or want to give back to their community.

Little or no experience is needed, just a smile.

For more information or to volunteer, email NCataCentennial@aol.com or call 610-264-1504.
