St. Mary's Catholic Church, 122 Union St., Catasauqua, will hold only two fish dinners this year.

The dinners will be 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. March 7 and April 4 in the parish hall. The menu includes fried breaded Icelandic haddock, corn, coleslaw, stewed tomatoes, roll, pudding, beverage and choice of either a baked potato, macaroni and cheese or cabbage and noodles.

Tickets are available at the door. If you have any questions, please call the church office at 610-264-0332, during office hours.

Salem United Church of Christ, 615 Third St., Catasauqua, will be holding a Mardi Gras 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 8. There will be food, a flea market, basket raffle and games.

The Catasaqua American Legion, 330 Second St., is hosting a Night at the Races 7 p.m. March 1.

Contact Barb at 610-264-1466 for tickets. Ticket price include refreshments. The profits will go to the J4 celebration to help defray the cost of the fireworks display on July 5.
