South Whitehall Commissioners, 7:30 p.m. public hearing to consider enacting proposed ordinances amending zoning ordinance regarding uses in Low Density Residential District and to clarify uses in HC-1 District, regulation of excavation of streets, and the tax rate for 2014. Also, to adopt 2014 budget.

South Whitehall Planners, 7 p.m. agenda review; 7:30 p.m. to review: 1) 30 West preliminary plan to develop five properties in the vicinity of unopened North 31st Street and unopened North Marshall Street between Washington and Tilghman streets. 2) Somerset Properties sketch plan for five properties at 5000, 5100, 5050, 5100 and 5170 W.
