Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania Parkland Service Unit 722 will be hosting two information nights 6:30-8:30 p.m. Sept. 25 at Jaindl Elementary School in the cafeteria, and Sept. 30 at Orefield Middle School, in the lobby area near the basketball gym.

Leaders will be there to discuss what troops do, materials for parents to see how badges are earned, and volunteers to explain the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania's new "go green" on-line registration process.

Girls in kindergarten through 12th grade are eligible to join, financial aid is available and uniforms are not required.

Adult volunteers are needed to lead troops, help with events and more.
