Catasauqua Thrift Shop, 113 Bridge St., will have a half-price sale July 1-12 on women's slacks, capris and shorts.

Store hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday and Saturday.

Donations of goods and used clothing are gladly accepted during store hours. Proceeds from the shop are returned to the Catasauqua community through contributions to youth and adult programs and services.

Stop on in for some great bargains!

The Catasauqua Recreation Department will be hosting the movie "Water Horse" in the park Friday, June 28, starting at dusk. Bring blankets, chairs and beverages and refreshments.
