State rep. Gary Day, R-187th, invites middle and high school students and their parents to his Career Awareness Night on April 25, at the Lehigh Career and Technical Institute in Schnecksville.
The seminar is specifically targeted to eighth-through 12th-grade students in Lehigh County school districts and the Kutztown Area and Brandywine school districts in Berks County and their parents.
It will begin at 7 p.m. and is expected to last two hours.
Participating employers are expected to include East Penn Manufacturing, PPL, Cetronia, St. Luke's Health System, Coca-Cola Bottling, Nestle Pet Care and many more.
The seminar will also answer all questions about career selection and educational choices, including career paths and financial aid.
