The Northampton tennis team fell to Easton by a score of 4-3 on Tuesday afternoon. The loss drops them to 3-6 overall and 2-3 in the Lehigh Valley Conference.

Geoff Rybitsky and Josh Schoenberger picked up singles wins for NHS. Rybitsky won 6-2, 7-5 over Xavier Cousens at number-one and Schoenberger was a 6-3, 6-1 winner over Colin Winders at number-two. The Kids only other win came at number-one doubles where the team of Tom Reinhard and Dave Wasiko knocked off Sergio Montes and Daulton Maier 8-2.

The Kids fell to Freedom on April 4 by a score of 5-2.

Schoenberger was a winner at number-two singls over Evan Anthony by scores of 6-4, 6-1. Dave Galloway and Nate Xander won at number-one doubles over Aatman Patel and Bin Wang, 8-5. Freedom improved to 7-2 with the win.

The boys also fell to Bethlehem Catholic on April 2, 5-2.

Rybitski won at number-one singles 6-3, 6-4 over Kevin Hamilton and Schoenberger won over Stephen Rossi at number-two 6-2, 6-3.
