The Social Services Committee of Ziegels United Church of Christ, Breinigsville, recently sponsored a potpie fund-raiser to aid the family of Wyatt Newhard.

Wyatt, who has been battling neuroblastoma for several years at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, was diagnosed with the cancer at age 3.

He went into remission and then had a recurrence at age 6.

As of January, Wyatt Newhard, a second-grader was in remission.
