Jordan United Church of Christ, 1837 Church Road, South Whitehall, is having its annual bazaar 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Oct. 13.

There will be two floors of attic treasures, a raffle, Chinese auction, little shopper's shop, baked goods, books, lunch, crafts and vendors.

The library's book group for adults will meet to discuss "In The Garden of Beasts," by Eric Larson. New members are always welcome

Allentown Community Concert Association's tribute to Benny Goodman, "The King of Swing," will be presented Oct. 19 at Parkland High School.

The Brooks Tegler Orchestra will perform Benny Goodman's 1938 Carnegie Hall Concert.

Congregation Keneseth Israel Social Action Committee is looking for walkers to join Rabbi Seth's Keneseth Israel Cares Team 1 p.m. Oct. 14 for the Allentown Crop Walk at Saint Timothy's Lutheran Church, Ott and Walnut streets, Allentown.

There will be a one mile and a six mile walk.

Registration begins 12:30 p.m. The walks start 1:30 p.m.

Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen will have its 27th annual Holiday Marketplace Fine Art and Craft show 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Nov. 3 and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 4 at Swain School, Salisbury Township.

The show will feature more than 40 local artisans associated with the LVPGC along with selected others, each offering handmade high quality art and fine craft that is made within the greater Lehigh Valley area.

Artisans will be on hand to discuss their work as they offer jewelry, pottery, woodcraft, photography and a variety of art for sale.

There is a fee for admission. Proceeds will go toward the LVPGC student award fund.

Cetronia Ambulance Corps is having a name-brand basket bingo from noon-4 p.m. Nov.11 at Cetronia Fire Social Hall, 18 S. Scenic St.

Bingo starts 1 p.m. There will be food, raffles and a Chinese auction.
