Kirk Brian Hines, 60, died Oct. 13, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was the husband of Donna (Eddinger) Hines.

Born in Richmond, Va., he was the son of the late Sam “Bud” and Shelby Jean Tabb Hines.

He worked at Allentown School District, where he worked for the last 18 years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Cael B.; a daughter, Chelsea M.; two sisters, Kimberly and Tomiko Hines Ferguson, both of Richmond, Va.; two sisters-in-law, Debra with Craig Henderson and Diane Eddinger; two brothers-in-law, David Eddinger with Jennifer and Daniel Eddinger with Tara; many nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.

There will be a calling time 10 a.m., followed by a service 11 a.m., Oct. 24 at the funeral home, 444 Pershing Blvd., Whitehall, 18052.
