Celebrating their 1951 birth dates an estimated 150 classmates and their guests from the Freedom and Liberty HS classes of 1969 attended a 75th birthday party Aug. 30 at the Barn House Village. For four hours they reminisced, caught up with each other’s lives, had a sit down meal, and played a version of 1969 trivia while enjoying each others’ company.
A backdrop of festive birthday decorations provided photo opportunities for various groups of friends as laughter filled the hall and hugs reunited many who hadn’t seen each other over time.
Next up for the class of 1969 graduates will be their 60th reunion in 2029.
