The 2026 EPC Golf Championships were held on Tuesday at Great Bear Golf Course.

Northampton’s River Gotto took third place overall shotting a 77. CJ Stumpf shot an 82 and qualified with a 12th place finish.

Corbin Miller just missed placing, taking 13th with an 83.

Derek Moyer was two shots back with an 84.

Nazareth’s Holden Sparks shot 74 to win the tournament. Pocono Mountain East’s Chris Gerheart shot 75 and took second.

For the girls, Maddie VanBuskirk of Pocono Mountain East shot 89 to win first. Ella Bloszinsky of Emmaus took second with a 92. Lily Brigido of Central took third with a 92 and Northampton’s Courtney Edwards moved on taking fourth with a 96.

“I had eight qualify for the EPC League tournament and the team itself qualified as well since they finished 5th in the league,” said head coach Doug Fehnel. “Derek Moyer, CJ Stumpf, Andrew Eberts, Corbin Miller, River Gotto, Cooper Fry, Alex Saylor and Courtney Edwards qualified for leagues,

“The team finished the tournament with a disappointing thirrd place finish behind Pocono Mountain East and Nazareth. Gotto tied for third at 6 over. Stumpf tied for 10th at 11 over. Courtney Edwards finished fourth on the girls side and qualified for districts.”
