Beverly B. Tabor, 91, of Macungie, died peacefully at Legend of Allentown Senior Living Sept. 14, 2026. She was the only child of the late Kathryn and Frederick Boyle. She was the wife of the late William J. Tabor, with whom she shared 65 years of marriage.

After marrying, they moved to Murray Hill (New Providence), N.J. where William worked at Bell Laboratories and she worked as a teacher in Summit. They raised their two children in New Providence.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education and taught elementary school before and after raising her children.

She was actively involved in the American Association of University Women, The League of Women Voters and the PTA. Later in life, she became a real estate agent in Pennsylvania and sold real estate for 13 years.

She was a lifelong reader and learner.

She is survived by her daughter, Kristin McMahon (Tom); daughter-in-law, Cynthia; grandchildren, David McMahon, Sarah Bergey (Nate), Lauren Farese (Joe), Will, Robbie, George; great-grandson, Brooks Thomas Bergey and his brother, who is due in November. She was predeceased by her husband, William; a son, Jeff.

There will be a private celebration of life with immediate family.
