Mary E. Peck, 104, of Allentown, died Sept. 5, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg Campus. She was the wife of the late Richard Peck, inventor of the electric dog fence and with whom she shared more than 51 years of marriage before his death. Born in Johnstown, she was a daughter of the late Gabriel and Theresa Sabo.

She was a devoted member of First Presbyterian Church, Allentown.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and had many special recipes that her family continues to share.

She loved traveling with her family, especially attending plays in New York City.

She is survived by her grandson, Brian Panuccio and his wife, Christy; great-grandchildren, Vincente and Alexander; grandson, Gregory and his partner, Katrina Csandi. She was predeceased by her daughters Judith and Kathy Panuccio.

Private services will be held at Trexler Funeral Home, Allentown.
