Harriet S. Burrell, 97, formerly of Lehigh Parkway, Salisbury Township, died Sept. 11, 2026, at Rittenhouse Village in Allentown. Her husband, Richard E. “Dick” Burrell, died in 1999. Born in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late Warren I. and Ella V. (Barnhard) Scharadin.

She was a Realtor, along with her husband, at the former R.E. Burrell Realty in Allentown until retiring.

She was a former member of St. James United Church of Christ in Allentown.

She was a high school graduate.

She was an avid bridge player and dedicated volunteer for the Junior Aides at the former Allentown Hospital.

She is survived by a son, Douglas and his wife, Maria Bono; son-in-law, Brandon Lehman; five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by daughter, Diane Lehman; daughter-in-law, Kimberley Sando.

Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Sept. 19 at Northwood Cemetery, Emmaus.
