Charles J. J. “Chuck” Flamini, Sr., 86, of Allentown, died Aug. 29, 2026, at Cedarbrook Senior Care and Rehabilitation.

He and his wife, Julia M. (McAnany), celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary in April.

Born in Chester, he was a son of the late Theresa (Simone) Flamini and Cesare Flamini.

He was a graduate of Temple University.

He was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Orefield and a former Grand Knight of Columbus Calvary Council No. 528.

He was a member of the Allentown Italian Club.

Before retiring, he worked as a salesman for U.S. Steel spanning over three decades.

He was a leader of Cub Scout Pack No. 72.

He enjoyed gardening, reading, and watching TV.

An avid Philadelphia sports fan, he was a longtime Eagles season-ticket holder.

He is survived by his wife, Julia; sons, Charles, Jr., Mark and wife, Kristin, and their sons, Connor and Tyler, along with cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews,

He was predeceased in death by brother, Lawrence, and his wife, Mary Jean.

His funeral service will be held Sept. 11 at Heintzelman — Stephens Funeral Home, P. C., 274 N. Krocks Road.

Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
