Richard J. Millan, 83, of Allentown, died July 14, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township.

He was born in Allentown and was the son of the late James Millan and Pearl (Daughtry) Millan.

He had two brothers, James and John, and a sister Joyce, all of whom have passed.

He was a proud Marine.

He was a machine operator at Tarkett Commercial and then became a computer technician at Community Services for Children, his favorite job.

He was an active member of the Alcoholics Anonymous for over 40 years.

He is survived by sons, Shawn Millan and Gavin Millan, and daughter, Shane Millan, granddaughter, Diem, who he adored.

He is also survived by nieces Loran and Susan, two great nephews and two great nieces.

Interment will be private.
