Althea J. Rinker-Beil, 104, of Bethlehem and formerly of Coplay and Allen Township, died Aug. 18, 2026, at Cedar Brook, Fountain Hill Annex in Bethlehem. She was the wife of the late Roland T. Rinker and the late Harold J. Beil.
Born in Seemsville, Allen Township, she was the daughter of the late Elmer W. and Minnie L. (Anthony) Fogelman.
She was a beautician, owning and operating the former Althea Rinker Beauty Shop, Weaversville, for more than 28 years until retiring in 1986.
She was a long time member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Howertown.
She was a former member of both Slatington and Northampton AARP groups; Harmony Grange, Northampton; Northampton Senior Ladies; and the Order of the Eastern Star, Rose Croix Chapter 235, Northampton.
She is survived by a son, Roger R. Rinker and wife Nancy of Walnutport; a son-in-law, Robert Galler of Bethlehem; a stepson, Glenn Beil and wife Linda of Coplay; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; a stepgranddaughter; two stepgreat-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by two daughters, Kay L. Fritz and Nancy K. Galler; four sisters; and a brother.
