He was surrendered to us recently, so his whole world was turned upside down. He is currently navigating shelter life and is adjusting to the new environment. Philly was returned to us because he was chasing the cats in his previous home. While he showed particular interest in a couple of the cats rather than all of them, we feel he would do best in a home without cats or with an experienced adopter who has the time, patience, and knowledge to properly introduce and manage interactions between dogs and cats. Like many young pups, Philly is smart, active, and eager to be involved in whatever his people are doing. He would love a family that can provide structure, consistency, and plenty of opportunities to burn off his energy. He would do best with older children only.
