Susan and Robert Bogert celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Aug. 13.

Susan is the daughter of the late Jack and Jean Ritter of Allentown.

Robert is the son of the late Robert and Martha Bogert of Whitehall.

Susan and Robert met on a blind date in 10th grade. They were married Aug. 13, 1966, in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church, Fullerton, Whitehall Township.

They have three daughters: Diane, wife of Gary Kern, of Palmerton, and Deborah and Donna, both deceased.

They also have five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
