Gregory Fabian Pierog, 71, of Emmaus, died Aug. 8, 2026, at St. Luke’s Hospital — Bethlehem. Born in Allentown, he was the son of Mary Ann (Snyder) and the late Blase J. Pierog.

He graduated from Emmaus High School and Lehigh University.

He was the owner of Pierog Concrete Construction in Emmaus for many years.

He was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Emmaus.

He is survived by his mother; children, Alexis Moyer and her husband, Brandyn, Christian, Maria, Tamara; grandchildren, Gavyn, Ryken, Kaymarie, Kamron; brother, Christopher and his wife, Susan; sister, Georgette Blyler and her husband, Scott. He was predeceased by his children, Candice and Lucas.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11 a.m. Aug. 21 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, 415 S. Sixth St., Emmaus. A viewing will take place 9-10:15 a.m. Aug. 21 at Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus.
