South Whitehall Township joined communities across the country in celebrating National Night Out. The annual event provides residents an opportunity to connect with local police officers, firefighters and township officials while fostering community engagement.

This year’s event featured members of the South Whitehall Township Police Department, firefighters from the Cetronia, Greenawalds, Woodlawn and Tri-Clover fire departments, and personnel from Cetronia Ambulance Corps. Representatives from several civic organizations and community support groups also attended, along with staff from Congressman Ryan Mackenzie’s office and members of the township administration.

Visitors enjoyed a petting zoo provided by Peaceable Kingdom, Whitehall, while children had the chance to participate in a popular “Dunk an Officer” activity.
