Western Salisbury Volunteer Fire Company and Eastern Salisbury Fire Department firefighter vehicle rescue technicians use heavy-duty hydraulic cutting tools to demonstrate how they work together at accident scenes to free victims trapped in crashed vehicles. Sometimes the only way to safely rescue victims at a vehicle crash is to cut into and dismantle the vehicle.
