Video Daze will perform 7-10 p.m. Aug. 7 as part of the summer concert series at the Catasauqua Park and Playground amphitheater, 501 American St.

Bring your lawn chairs and blankets, and settle in for a fun, musical night in the park.

The Public Library of Catasauqua will be holding its annual yard sale 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Aug. 8 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 604 Fourth St. Gently used clothing and accessories, housewares, home decor, toys, collectibles, seasonal items as well as food and baked goods will be available for purchase by donation.

Donate a minimum of $5 and receive a ticket to return 1:30 p.m. and fill a box for free.

St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 122 Union St., will hold cash bingo Aug. 16 in the parish center. The doors and kitchen open 11:30 a.m., and bingo starts 1 p.m.

There is a cost which includes 15 games, seven specials and one jackpot round. Bring your daubers, but no hardboards.

No outside food or drinks are permitted. The kitchen will be selling your favorites.

Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church is hosting a mystery dinner theater, presented by Riddlebrood Touring Theatre Company. It will be 5:30 p.m. Sept. 12.

The menu includes roasted chicken breast, roasted herb potatoes, salad, desserts and beverages.
