Third Eye Blind (3EB) is an American rock band formed in San Francisco, California, in 1993.

The group’s first single, “Semi-Charmed Life,” topped the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart for eight weeks and peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1997.
