Patricia A. (Brenner) Randinelli, 93, formerly of Schnecksville and Paoli, died July 23, 2026, at Atrium of Allentown, where she had been residing. She was the wife of the late Andrew R. “Randy” Randinelli, to whom she had been married 62 years. Born in Kearny, N.J., Aug. 27, 1932, she was the daughter of the late John Harold and Irene Veronica (Honan) Brenner.

A graduate of St. Cecilia High School in Kearny, she was employed as a personnel manager at the former Worthington Corporation in Harrison, N.J., where she met her future husband Randy.

After marrying, the two resided in New Jersey and California and added three daughters to their family before finally settling in Paoli.

Upon retirement, she and her husband relocated to the Allentown area. There, she was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church in Orefield and a devoted grandmother to her five grandchildren.

She leaves behind three daughters: Tracey A. Randinelli (John Shabe) of South Orange, N.J.; Jill M. Lessel (Howard) of Orefield; and Carol L. Stark of Brielle, N.J.; and grandchildren Andrew Lessel (Katie), Justin Lessel, Christopher Lessel, Keelin Stark, and Ian Stark. She was predeceased by her husband, Randy, and her son-in-law, Thomas H. Stark. She adored her many cousins, and her strong friendships over the years meant the world to her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Aug. 3, 2026, at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, 1879 Applewood Drive, Orefield. Family and friends may pay their respects from 3-5 p.m. Aug. 2 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville and 10 - 11 a.m. Monday at the church.
