Joseph P. Beidler

of Orefield

Joseph P. Beidler, 73, of Orefield, died on July 21, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Joseph A. and Regina (Gallina) Beidler.

He graduated from Allentown Central Catholic High School with the Class of 1971 and went on to dedicate his career to the family business, Fullerton Wilbert Burial Service.

Working alongside his parents and later his sons, he took great pride in owning and operating the business until his retirement.

An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting. Whether hunting locally or taking memorable big game hunting trips with his son and grandson, he treasured the time spent outdoors with his family.

He was also a devoted baseball fan who loved watching the game and later watching his grandson from the stands.

His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren, whom he loved deeply and was immensely proud of.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife Janet K. Beidler (Maurer) and his son Joseph S. Beidler.

He is lovingly remembered by his son Jason and wife Tara (Walbert) Beidler; his three cherished grandchildren Kylie, Kaden and Emma.

He will be remembered for his strong work ethic, unwavering dedication to his family, his love of the outdoors, and the lasting memories he created with those he loved most.

His viewing and visitation took place July 28, 2026, in the Gilbert Funeral Home 444 Pershing Blvd., Whitehall.

Interment was private.
