Christina “Chrissy” Baglini, 49, of Emmaus, died peacefully in her home July 21, 2026. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter Mary (Christofaro) Baglini and the late John A. Baglini.

She attended Lehigh Carbon Intermediate Unit #21 Special Education classes at Whitehall High School for 14 years, where she was taught by Mary Beth Numbers, Kathy Soska, and Diane Kline. She especially enjoyed Pete Rile’s Work Experience Program, which led to a position with Good Shepherd Work Services after graduation. She worked there for almost 15 years, until its closing and then continued with Access Services in Allentown.

She joined Girl Scouts Great Valley Troop #65 Neffs under the leadership of Brenda Sechler, earning badges and making new friends for nine years.

She became a member of Little League Tee Ball Challenger Division and went on to sign with Lehigh County Special Olympics, participating in gymnastics, track and field, golf, equestrian events, bowling and bocce. As a young adult, she especially looked forward to Saturday afternoons bowling with her friends.

For 25 years, Chrissy cherished the camaraderie she found in Marti White’s TNT young adult social program at First Presbyterian Church in Allentown.

She also participated in Rejoicing Spirits Special Services at The Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit in Emmaus, where she loved the music.

She belonged to St. Ann’s Church of Emmaus and became a member of its women’s club.

She is survived by her mother; stepbrother, Gavin and his wife, Karen; aunt, Donna Weaver and her husband, Gary; and cousins. She was predeceased by her stepbrothers, Michael and Johnny.
