Delbert E. Koch
Delbert E. “Tiny” Koch, 88, of Schnecksville, died July 1, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Hospital — Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township.
He was the husband of the late Doris M. (Heinly) Koch and the late Betty L. (Temos) Koch.
Born in New Ringgold, Schuylkill County, Jan. 5, 1938, he was the son of the late Claude and Ella (Ruch) Koch.
He was employed as an equipment operator at Kuhns & Anthony Paving in Mertztown for 30 years before retiring.
He also owned and operated Tiny’s Sales & Services in Schnecksville for 20 years.
He was a member of Jordan Evangelical Lutheran Church, Orefield, and a life member and volunteer of Community Fire Co. No. 1, Schnecksville.
He is survived by daughters Jayne L. Geiger Miller of Elmer, N.J., Darlene A. Antisell of South Plainfield, N.J., Sharon M. Bandle (Richard, Jr.) of Slatington; a brother, David Koch of Alburtis; grandchildren Brad, Jason, Carl, Eric, Emily, Tyler; and great-grandchildren Lily Jayne, Ryder, Liam, Lillian.
He was predeceased by a daughter, Bonnie L. Boger, and siblings June, Wilbur, Lloyd, Lawson and Bertram.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. July 31, 2026, at Jordan Evangelical Lutheran Church, 5103 Snowdrift Road, Orefield, with the Rev. Dody S. Siegfried officiating.
Family and friends may pay their respects from 10 a.m. — 11 a.m.
Private interment at Jordan Lutheran Church Cemetery, Orefield.
