Wilbur C. Albright, 91, of Allentown, died July 8, 2026, at his residence at the Phoebe Home.

He was the son of the late Wilbur L. and Juliana (Nicklas). He was the husband of the late Phyllis (Snyder), with whom he shared 64 years of marriage before her death in 2024.

Wilbur was a devoted pastor in the United Church of Christ since 1968. The majority of his service was at St. Paul’s U.C.C., Summit Hill and Solomon’s U.C.C., Macungie.

In his spare time, Wilbur was a chaplain with Lehigh Valley Hospital for more than 30 years.

He also was a dedicated member of the Macungie Ambulance Corps and the Lehigh Lodge No. 326.

He is survived by his daughter, Kathleen Glass (Dennis); daughter-in-law, Debbi; grandsons, Joshua Glass (Brittney), Collin Glass (Heather) and Jakob. He was predeceased by a son, Dale; and brother, George.

Services will be held 5 p.m. Aug. 3 at Heintzelman-Stephens Funeral Home, 274 N. Krocks Rd., Allentown. A calling hour will be held 4 to 5 p.m. before the service.
