Carole J. (Wescoe) Hausman, 92, formerly of Schnecksville, died June 24, 2026, at Fellowship Villa, in Whitehall, where she had been residing.

She was the wife of the late Alton M. Hausman.

Born in Whitehall Township, Sept. 16, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Harold C. and Edna M. (Reinert) Wescoe.

She was employed as a secretary for PA Department of Transportation (PennDOT) in Allentown for 30 years before retiring in 1986.

She was a member of Christ’s Church at Lowhill in New Tripoli, and a former member of Union Evangelical Lutheran Church in Schnecksville, where she formerly served on the church council.

She is survived by her stepchildren, Kerry G. (Carol) of Germansville, Charlotte M. Smith (Richard) of Richmond, Ky., Paulinda M. Slifer (Richard) of New Tripoli, Michael H. Hausman (Sandi) of Schnecksville; step daughter-in-law, Bettylou Hausman; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by sister, Barbara A. Wescoe, stepson, Revalin A. Hausman and grandson, Peter J. Slifer.

Funeral services were held June 29, 2026, at Christ’s Church at Lowhill, 4695 Lowhill Church Rd., New Tripoli, with the Rev. Christopher M. Cocca officiating.

Interment followed the service at Union Church Cemetery, Neffs.
