Firefighters from Western Salisbury Volunteer Fire Company spent the evening of June 29 at the Allentown Fire Department Mack South training facility.
The crews reviewed procedures on the use of large diameter hose, master streams and drafting from a non-pressurized water source such as ponds, streams or rivers.
Crews used one engine to draft water from an underground pit to supply water to the deck guns on the engine as well as the master stream nozzle on the aerial ladder.
