More than 80 vendors gathered at Macungie Memorial Park June 27 for the annual Hello Summer Craft Fair, offering shoppers a wide variety of handmade crafts, artisan goods and specialty items. The outdoor event, organized by K4K and FM Mama Events, featured local crafters and small businesses and coincided with the park’s popular Cruise Night activities. Alice Welsch, manager of the Macungie pool, makes this event happen, along with Mick Seislove, Tom Bartholomew, Doris Horner, Dave Saylor, lifeguards, and other pool staff. Welsch’s daughter designed T-shirts that she sold to help raise money.

William Salinksa from Jessup, PA brings samples winery. Jessup is a cat lover and named his winery after two of his cats.

Donna Walsh, owner of Yards of Yarn Designs, creates many different items with crocheting along with husband Mark. Her latest is a coaster that “pops” up cute little critters.
