Arlene K. (Miller) Rumble, 85, of Slatington, died June 19, 2026, at Cedarbrook Nursing Home, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Harold B. Rumble Sr. Born in Andreas, Schuylkill County, July 3, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Clarence E. and Gertrude E. (Hill) Miller.

She was employed as a custodian in the Northwestern Lehigh School District for 14 years before retiring in 2004. She was a member of Heidelberg Union Church, Slatington.

She is survived by children Mary Ann L. wife of Kevin K. Kresge of Coplay, Michelle L. wife of Scott A. Kunkel of Northampton, Harold B. “Buddy” Rumble, Jr., with whom she resided; brother Arthur Miller of Lehighton; sister Linda Marhon of Florida; six grandsons and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by sisters Evelyn, Alice and Lillian.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. June 25, 2026, at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville, with the Rev. Jeffrey P. Kistler officiating. Family and friends may pay their respects from 10–11 a.m. Interment will follow the service at Heidelberg Union Cemetery, Slatington.
