Lamech Olintus Lynch, 80, of Bethlehem, died June 11, 2026 at Lehigh Valley Hosptal-Cedar Crest. He was born in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, he was the son of the late Mabel Lynch, and was the husband of Helen (James) Lynch for 52 years.

Lamech Olintus Lynch graduated from Richland Park Government School. Later he became self-employed as a carpenter, then he became a farmer. He grew a variety of crops such as bananas and plantains, which he sold at the market.

Lynch and his wife migrated to the United States in 2005 in search of a better life, where he worked as a janitor, in housekeeping, and the food industry. He retired and became a devoted member of Soul Winner Pentecostal Church in Pennsylvania.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by children; Sharon Brown, wife of Garth of Queens, NY, Ricardo Lynch, husband of Cheryl of Missouri, Rosetta Sandy, of Bethlehem, Daniel Lynch of Bethlehem, and Cassitta Lynch of Easton. Also surviving are his sisters: Velara MacKenzie and Ruby Samuel of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Onita Lynch, who resides in the USA, brother-in-laws: Everton James of Brooklyn, Carlos James, husband of Catilda of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Sister-in-law: Donna Youlande Dasent of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and many friends in the United States, Canada, England, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
