Nancy J. Schlegel, 83, of New Tripoli, died June 10, 2026, at home.

She was married to George E. Schlegel for 58 years until his passing last December.

She was the daughter of the late Irwin and Carrie Leibensperger.

She received her associate degree from Lehigh County Community College and went on to work at Cedarbrook Nursing Home in the medical records department for many years.

She loved nature, bird watching, gardening and spending time with her cats.

She was a member of New Life Lutheran Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Lori Schlegel-Kees of Hummelstown, son, Robert Wolfe (Rebecca) of Kempton, and grandchildren Owen Kees and Erin Miller (Rob).

Her funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. June 20 at Keller Funeral Home, 1018 Church St., Fogelsville.

Visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m.

Interment will be at Ebenezer Cemetery.
