Liberty graduates Leah Onia and Addy Smith, and Freedom grad Landry Guman took the softball field one last time at the Lehigh Valley Diamond Classic Senior All-Star Game on June 10 at Pates Park, Allentown.

Guman was the leadoff batter for the East team and scored on an RBI double to tie the game, 7-7, in the fifth inning.

Batting clean-up, Onia reached first base on an outfield error, and Smith walked, batting fifth.

Smith pitched in the third and fourth innings, and Onia, who typically plays first base, took on the role of catcher for the fourth and fifth innings.

Smith and Onia worked well together with Smith giving up one hit in the fifth, facing six batters.

East won the game, 11-7.

All three players will be attending college this fall: Smith to Kutztown University, Onia to the University of Scranton, and Guman to Penn State.
